What is CareerMinded?
CareerMinded is a student-centered platform designed to help high school students discover, plan, and prepare for their futures. Through customized assessments, mentorship, and hands-on tools, CareerMinded connects students with personalized career pathways and the support they need to pursue them confidently.

Working directly with schools, educators, and community partners, CareerMinded identifies each student’s interests, strengths, and challenges—then builds tailored profiles with actionable insights and next steps. From career exploration to skill development and professional communication, CareerMinded equips students with the tools to succeed beyond the classroom.
